75 g caster sugar
2x 250 g tubs of Quark( semi skimmed milk)
5 tbsp skimmed milk
1 large vanilla plod, split and the seeds scraped out
3 tablespoon coffee liqueur
4 tbsp strong black coffee
100g sponge finger , snapped in half
100 g mixed blueberries and raspberries
50 g dark chocolate, finely grated
In a large bowl, beat together the caster sugar, Quark, milk and vanilla seeds until smooth.
Mix the coffee liqueur and coffee together in a large bowl. Dip half the biscuits into the coffee mixture and arrange in the base of 4 individual dessert glasses. Scatter over the half blueberries and raspberries and then spoon over half the creamy vanilla mixture. Sprinkle over the half of the grated dark chocolate.
Repeat all over again to use up all the ingredients-starting with the sponge fingers and finishing with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate. When finished, chill the tiramisu for at least 30 minutes before serving.
