Pears Baked with White Wine Dessert
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup dry white wine
2 large pears, halved and cored
1. Preheat the oven to 375º Fahrenheit. Put the pears cut side down in a baking dish.
2. Pour the white wine, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice over the pears.
3. Bake uncovered for about 25 to 30 minutes or until pears are soft.
4. Remove the pears from the pan and spoon over any accumulated juices.
