Cream Cheese Dessert
1.4 oz. box sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. tub light cream cheese product, room temperature
3 cups skim milk
sugar-free all-fruit preserves, enough to top
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed to mix ingredients.
2. Add cream cheese. Increase speed and beat until smooth and thickened. Pour into individual or large serving dish.
3. Top with sugar-free all fruit preserves and refrigerate. If desired, eliminate topping.
